-   该端铣中心是我公司引进国际先进技术，自行研发的新一代数控端 铣，该端铣广泛用于系统门窗以及工业铝材端面的铣削加工。

-   全数控结构运行，滚珠丝杆进给，无需调整刀具位置，加工过程全 数控完成，无需人工干预，自动完成型材端面铣削成所需的榫口尺 寸，可记忆多组程序。

-   该机全部采用工业矩管型材焊接，焊接后经过专业的实效处理，去 除内部应力，经过高精度龙门加工中心加工，确保整机的机械运行 精度和速度的稳定。

-    采用3   台4kW 高精度主轴电机，性能稳定，高转速，高精密，适 用于各种型材端面，台阶面的成型加工。

-   采用台湾亚德客导轨，以及台湾TBI 滚珠丝杆，高精度锁紧螺母， 丝母加长间隙小，导向性好。

-   该机配备自动给油润滑系统，有效的保护导轨和丝杆，延长其使用 寿命。

-   The end   milling center   is a   new generation of CNC end   milling developed   by our company by introducing international advanced technology. The end   milling is widely used for milling system doors and windows and industrial aluminum end faces.

-   The fully numerical control structure runs, the ball screw feeds, the cutter position does not need to be adjusted, the machining process is fully numerically controlled, the end face of the proile is automatically milled into the required tenon size without manual intervention, and multiple groups of programs can be memorized.

-   This machine is all welded with industrial rectangular tube proiles. After welding, it is treated with professional practical results to remove internal stress, and processed by high-precision gantry machining center to ensure the stability of mechanical operation accuracy and speed of the whole machine.

-   Adopting 3 sets of 4kW high-precision spindle motors, it has stable performance, high speed and high precision, and is suitable for the forming and processing of end faces and step faces of various proiles.

-   Adopt Taiwan   Province Yadeke guide   rail, Taiwan   Province TBI   ball screw and   high- precision lock nut, with small gap and good guidance.

-   The machine is equipped with an automatic oil supply and lubrication system, which efectively protects the guide rail and screw rod and prolongs its service life.
