-   主要用于铝合金门窗型材的 45°切割下料。

-   两锯头固定成内摆 45°,采用水平式锯切，适合并列多支或单支 较宽的型材。

-   数控系统自动读入切割尺寸，重复定位精度高，操作方便。

-   进给系统采用台湾上银直线方导轨运动副，精度高，稳定性好。

-   机床采用高精度主轴电机，使锯片运转稳定。

-   液压阻尼缸实现进给调速均匀，锯片切割平稳。

-   Mainly used for 45° cutting and blanking of aluminum alloy door and window proiles.

-   The two saw heads are ixed at an inner swing of 45° , and horizontal sawing is adopted, which is suitable for juxtaposing multiple or single wide proiles.

-   Numerical control   system automatically reads the cutting size, with high precision of repeated positioning and convenient operation.

-   The feeding system adopts Taiwan Province Shangyin linear square guide rail motion pair, which has high precision and good stability.

-   The machine tool adopts   high-precision spindle   motor to   make the saw blade run stably.

-   The hydraulic damping cylinder realizes uniform feed speed regulation and smooth saw blade cutting.
