- 采用德国 PA( 大族）系统和进口总线伺服驱动控制单元，用于铝型材的高效锯切智能加工，通过软件智能组合可单独切割 45° 、90° 也可以 45° 、90° , 90° 、45° 两角度组合优化切割。

- 由于先进的机械机构，机器自身具备切割到 100% 的优势，切割单段尺寸只消耗一个锯片厚度的损耗，更有助于门窗设计优化率 100% 的极限优化率，切割方式采用双机头斜下机构，行业首创，并获得国家专利，切割阻力低。

- 系统自带优化系统，经过简单的系统设置，系统可以直接按照软件优化好的数据进行切割，客户也可以把门窗优化软件优化好的型材切割数据用 U 盘或网络导入到操作。

- 配备条码打印机，实时打印物料标识，实现工艺信息标识化，便于物料管理。

- 专用高精度主轴，使锯片运转平稳、加工精确度高。

- This machine is a CNC intelligent cutting center developed by our company for large-scale processing enterprises of aluminum proiles for system doors and windows and energy-saving doors and windows.

- German PA system and imported bus servo drive control unit are used for eicient sawing and intelligent processing of aluminum proiles. Through intelligent combination of software, 45° and 90° can be cut independently, or 45°, 90°, 90° and 45° can be combined to optimize cutting.

- Due to the advanced mechanical mechanism, the machine itself has the advantage of cutting to 100%.
